Order Confirmation
By placing an order with Chloe’s Wardrobe, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our return and refund terms.
When completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
• You understand our return conditions and timelines
• You agree to follow the return procedure described below
• In case of payment disputes or chargebacks, this policy and order records may be used as supporting documentation
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unused and unworn
• The item must not be washed or altered
• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging
• The product may only have been inspected as you would in a physical store
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, processing typically takes up to 7 business days.
We reserve the right to reject returns if the item shows signs of wear, misuse, damage, or improper handling.
How to Request a Return
To start a return request, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Your full name and shipping address
• Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective
Once your request has been reviewed, we will send you instructions on how to return the item.
Please do not send products back without approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment until the return process is completed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.

• Your order number
• A short explanation of the issue
• Clear photos or a short video showing the defect
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation and product availability.
In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned.
Replacement processing usually takes 7–14 business days.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.
Our support team will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect shipping address, a $35 CAD handling and shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Order Cancellations
Under Canadian consumer protection guidelines, customers may request order cancellation within 30 days of receiving their order.
However, because orders are processed quickly through our fulfillment system, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may request a return once the package has been delivered.

Payment Disputes
If you experience any issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact our support team first so we can assist you.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, we may provide the payment provider with documentation including:

• Product images if applicable
Filing a dispute without contacting us first may delay the resolution process.
Important Information
Please note the following:
• Returns must be sent to our fulfillment warehouse in Asia
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing
• Hygiene-sensitive items returned in used or unsanitary condition cannot be accepted
• Returns are not free and may include shipping or handling costs
